Job summary

• Provide clear project updates and escalate risks when appropriate.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Delivery Consultant to support strategic initiatives and technology enhancements within a large-scale commercial lending operations environment.

This role will lead and coordinate project activities throughout the project lifecycle, partnering closely with Operations, Technology, Product, and leadership teams to ensure enhancements are successfully implemented. The consultant will be responsible for facilitating project meetings, tracking deliverables and timelines, assessing operational impacts, resolving issues, and ensuring impacted teams are prepared for changes through updated procedures, communications, demonstrations, and training.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project delivery professional who enjoys working across business and technology teams and managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities supporting lending and wholesale operations initiatives.
• Facilitate project meetings and drive action items, decisions, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage technology and process enhancements from planning through implementation.
• Evaluate how proposed enhancements may impact existing operational processes and teams.
• Coordinate procedure updates, demonstrations, training, and communications for changes impacting Operations.
• Identify, track, troubleshoot, and help resolve project issues and implementation risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and keep initiatives moving forward.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams, Operations, and leadership.
• Provide clear project updates and ***escalate*** risks or issues when appropriate.
• Manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly as business needs and project timelines change.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, project execution, and operational readiness.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project delivery, product delivery, business execution, implementation, or strategic initiatives.
• LoanIQ experience is a MUST
• Strong experience facilitating meetings, tracking timelines, managing deliverables, and resolving issues.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, technology, operations, and leadership stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within banking, financial services, commercial lending, or lending operations.
• Knowledge of wholesale or commercial lending processes.
• Experience supporting operational readiness, procedure updates, training, or change management associated with technology implementations.
• Previous experience working on large-scale enterprise projects involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
