Job summary

Sierra Central Credit Union is seeking a Commercial Lender to originate and service a range of commercial loans in a start‑up environment. You’ll develop new business, manage relationships, and grow the loan portfolio while ensuring compliance with NCUA and credit union policies.

The role is based at our Roseville, CA headquarters with opportunities to serve Northern California communities. Base salary is around $90,000 with commissions and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or significant relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years in business or commercial lending with portfolio management.
• CRE, C&I and SBA origination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business and expands existing relationships.
• Make calls on potential commercial lending relationships and gather data for proposals.
• Grow loan portfolio by marketing and managing commercial and MBL loans.
• Assist business owners with credit needs and credit solutions.
• Review existing member relationships for additional needs and cross-sell.
