Job summary

Plumas Bank seeks a Portfolio Manager I to support the commercial lending team with timely, accurate loan processing and documentation. This role emphasizes urgency and a fast pace, coordinating with Commercial Lenders and Portfolio Managers to deliver exceptional client experience.

The position involves preparing memos, LOIs, and term sheets; managing loan profiles and documentation, and assisting in the loan closing process.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or combination of education and experience in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of lending or equivalent experience required; commercial lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial lending team in all loan process aspects.
• Prepare prospect review memos, ALCO requests and term sheets/LOIs; attend meetings as needed.
• Build customer profiles in loan origination software and assist in application intake for loan originations and renewals.
• Obtain financial documentation for applications and loan files; support loan closing process.
• Involve in QA to ensure accuracy of loan documents and processes.
• Assist with collateral exceptions, reporting, and system implementations.
• Identify opportunities to meet client needs and expand relationships.
