Responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the core banking system.
• Advance Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
• Verify payment and payoff accuracy and contact customers as needed.
• Post payments and payoffs to systems and loans.
• Process daily wires and maintain timely processing.
• Provide support to branches and various departments via email/phone.
• Monitor loan transactions and notify customers of issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
