Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred for commercial lending.
• Minimum of 5 years commercial lending experience required.

Responsabilités

• Identify business leads and prospects and cross-sell bank services.
• Interview applicants to review loan requests, including documentation and credit criteria.
• Prepare loan submissions for loan approval authorities.
• Structure loans within policy and monitor related documentation.
• Review and ensure accuracy of loan documents and closing files.
• Monitor construction loans, budgets, advances, and property inspections.
• Manage loan portfolio including renewals, modifications, covenant tracking, and collections.
• Handle complex loan requests and escalate to higher authority as needed.
• Support risk management, compliance, and service excellence standards.
