Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree
• US bar admission required (NC preferred)
• 3–7 years post-qualification experience in contracts, risk, and compliance

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements across the Americas region.
• Advise business leaders on legal and regulatory risk for day-to-day operations.
• Assist in maintaining and implementing the group’s compliance program.
• Support external counsel and regulatory inquiries as needed.
