Friedman Real Estate is seeking a Commercial Leasing Portfolio Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of leasing transactions for a portfolio of properties. You will lead deal structuring, negotiate leases, and coordinate with legal teams to draft documents, while maintaining strong broker and client relationships.

The role requires 7+ years in commercial leasing, deep real estate acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in commercial leasing or related CRE roles.
• Experience negotiating lease terms, reviewing documents, and understanding core leasing terminology.
• Strong relationship management with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire leasing lifecycle from broker engagement to lease execution.
• Lead deal structuring and evaluation of leasing opportunities.
• Oversee renewals, relocations, and new lease initiatives for assigned portfolio.

Position OverviewThe Commercial Leasing Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties and leading the full lifecycle of leasing transactions. This role oversees negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements, letters of intent, and requests for proposals while managing both client and broker relationships.
