Baylands Development Company is seeking a Commercial Leasing Manager to drive leasing execution across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use spaces. You will coordinate entitlement and permitting efforts and work with public agencies, brokers, and internal teams to secure approvals and close deals.

The role requires 5–8 years of commercial real estate experience with leasing and entitlements, plus strong negotiation and cross-functional coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of commercial real estate experience with leasing and/or entitlements.
• Proven tenant prospecting, lease negotiation, and deal execution.
• Knowledge of zoning, CEQA/NEPA, and municipal entitlement processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, project management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with property management and commercial real estate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue prospective tenants for office, industrial, and mixed-use spaces.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified tenant prospects and broker relationships.
• Prepare leasing materials, presentations, and market analyses to support leasing strategy.
