Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma, life sciences, or consumer pack.
• 5+ years sales/commercial leadership; US experience preferred.
• 2+ years people leadership in a complex matrix.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook; database apps.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership to Field Sales Managers to achieve regional sales, market share, and KPIs.
• Develops and executes regional business plans that align with priorities.
• Exercises fiscal accountability for regional budgets and P&L elements.
• Builds high-performing teams through talent acquisition, coaching and development.
• Creates a culture of accountability and continuous learning across the region.
• Leads integrated regional strategies aligned to customer needs and market dynamics.
