Job summary

Lion Group Services, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Crew Member to support commercial landscape projects in the Greater Raleigh area. You will perform installation, maintenance, and site upkeep under the direction of the Foreman or Project Supervisor, upholding quality and safety standards on client properties.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically active outdoor work for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry materials and equipment up to 50 pounds; heavier items with team lifting.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power equipment, and small machinery used in landscape maintenance and installation.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete landscape installation and maintenance tasks as directed by the Foreman or Project Supervisor.
• Follow established work methods to ensure consistent quality and safe execution of tasks.
• Perform work in a manner that minimizes disruption and protects client property and surrounding areas.
• Comply with all safety requirements and immediately report unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
• Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and team needs.
