Caliber Service Management is seeking a reliable Commercial Landscape Laborer / Equipment Operator to support maintenance and enhancements of commercial properties, corporate campuses, and public spaces. The role emphasizes safe operation of equipment and quality landscape work.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related outdoor labor experience.
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CDL and/or pesticide applicator certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks including bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Operate landscaping equipment including zero-turn mowers, tractors, skid steers, loaders, aerators, trimmers, and other commercial machinery.
• Perform mowing, edging, mulching, pruning, weeding, planting, and general landscape maintenance.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of parking lots, walkways, driveways, and common areas.
• Assist with turf care, fertilization, irrigation, and seasonal landscape projects.
• Remove debris, leaves, and snow as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures, maintain equipment, and wear required PPE.
