Job summary

JH Plantscapes in Houston, TX, seeks a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a 2-4 person crew for commercial installations. You will operate trucks and landscape equipment, oversee plant material installation, and train crew members while driving to sites in the Houston area.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in landscape maintenance, a valid driver's license and a good driving record. English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of landscape maintenance experience.
• Proven ability to lead and train a small crew.
• Knowledge of plant material and irrigation basics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks, trailers and landscape maintenance equipment.
• Maintain trucks and equipment to keep them in good running order.
• Oversee installation of plant material on commercial properties.
• Train and instruct crew members on your crew.
• Drive to properties and manage daily schedules.
• Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed.
• Work Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday.
• Speak English; Spanish is a plus.
