Job summary

McDugald Steele Landscape Architects & Contractors in Houston is seeking full-time Installation Foremen to lead crews in building amazing gardens. You will supervise on-site planting, edging, drainage work, and ensure high installation standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of hands-on experience, expert knowledge of bed preparation and plant installation, and a clean Texas driver’s license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a huge plus and highly valued.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Expert knowledge of preparing planting beds.
• Expert knowledge of correctly installing plants.
• Proficient use of steel edging, sod cutter, and drainage installation.
• Must have a clean TX Driver's License.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus.
