tdgFacilities in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a full-time Grounds Crew Lead to organize daily field operations, guide the crew, and ensure high-quality landscapes for a diverse portfolio of clients.

The role includes seasonal grounds work, snow services, and plant installations from our Sharonville office, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7am–4pm, and a pay rate of $21–$24 per hour. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• Landscape/Lawn Maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on managing a commercial landscape crew.
• Weekly lawn maintenance, mulching, plant and flower install.
• Weeding flowerbeds and trimming bushes/trees.
• Shoveling/plowing and clearing icy exterior walkways during wintry weather.
• Preparing grounds for seasonal changes, while working outside in all types of weather.
• Inspect exterior of each property and grounds.
• Safely operate/maintain equipment and tools.
• Complete site inspections and enter time/materials into the work order system.

tdgFacilities is looking for a full-time, year around Commercial Landscape Crew Foreman to help support our grounds operations in the Greater Cincinnati area. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a great attitude combined with a commitment to excellence. Qualified applicants will have the opportunity leave general grounds services, landscaping projects, winter snow services, and seasonal services throughout the year. You will be supported by a strong operational leader, and an operations team based out of our Sharonville, Ohio office.

Pay Rate: $21 to $24 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm (depending on weather and regional conditions)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Hands-on managing a commercial landscape/lawn maintenance crew in
  • weekly lawn maintenance of dedicated route
  • mulching
  • plant and flower install
  • weeding flowerbeds
  • trimming bushes and/or trees to maintain neat appearance and desired shape
  • shoveling/plowing and clearing icy exterior walkways and parking lots during wintry weather
  • preparing grounds for seasonal changes, while working outside in all types of weather
• Inspect exterior of each property and grounds
• Safely and properly operate/maintain equipment and tools. Including, gas-powered equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers.
• Responsible for using phone/tablet to complete site inspections, enter crew’s time and material into work order system.
• Other tasks assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a crew preferred.
