Job summary

Allied Service Group– A Tech24 Company in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Hot & Cold Technician to service and repair commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair a broad range of hot-side and cold-side systems while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills. On-call rotation and safety compliance are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial foodservice and/or refrigeration repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience reading manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• EPA Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers, griddles, warmers).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, ice machines).
• Perform preventative maintenance for safe, efficient equipment operation.
• Document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions in the system.
• Communicate repair status, recommendations, and timelines to customers.
• Manage truck inventory to ensure parts and tools are stocked.
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Represent the company with professionalism and high-quality service.
