TEMCO, a Tech24 company, is seeking a Hot & Cold Technician in Starkville, MS to diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen and refrigeration systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires 3+ years of repair experience, a valid driver's license, and strong mechanical/electrical skills. On-site work with company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial foodservice and/or refrigeration repair experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience reading technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation; EPA Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers, griddles, warmers).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, ice machines).
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe, efficient equipment operations.
• Document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions in the system.
• Communicate repair status, recommendations, and timelines to customers.
• Manage truck inventory to ensure proper parts and tools are stocked.
