Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, and related gas/electric equipment. You’ll work on-site at customer locations with an emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, technical certification preferred, and proven experience with electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems. Valid driver’s license required.

• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Proven experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment including fryers, ovens, grills and steamers.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Install new kitchen equipment per manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of service and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment including fryers, combi ovens, grills, steamers, warmers, mixers and other gas/electric equipment.

Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.

Install new kitchen equipment following manufacturer specifications.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required ; technical certification preferred.

Proven experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance.

Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.

Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
