Job summary

Heritage Service Group is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Technician to maintain, service and repair commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers and freezers.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment, updating customers and branches on status, and ensuring parts availability. On-call work and safety compliance are required, with opportunities for ongoing certification and education.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and soft skills.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot commercial kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Electrical, installation, and mechanical background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC.
• Communicate repair status updates with customer and branch office.
• Communicate parts information with branch.
• Complete service calls accurately, timely, and with a safety mindset.
• Audit truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms per company policy.
• Meet on-call requirements.
