Job summary

Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service in Austin, TX is seeking a Commercial Equipment Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and ware washing equipment at customer sites. You will provide exceptional service on every call, complete jobs promptly, and maintain the service vehicle with parts stock.

Qualified candidates have electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills, strong customer communication, and a valid driver's license.

• Previous experience in cooking, refrigeration, or related fields. Veterans encouraged to apply!
• Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Cooking, Refrigeration and Ware Washing Equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call.
• Complete service calls in a timely manner.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts.
