Jr. Maintenance/Porter

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Jr. Maintenance/Porter professional to join our commercial property management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance tasks, is organized, and dedicated to day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Utilize electrical schematics to troubleshoot and repair machinery
- Complete repairs and minor building improvements
- Apply mechanical knowledge to conduct repairs and preventive maintenance
- Work with logic controllers to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Clean all common areas, as well as property grounds

Experience
- Proficiency in English is required
- Previous experience in maintenance roles is
- Familiarity with electrical systems and HVAC
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
