Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years in janitorial or facilities management.
• Experience managing across multiple shifts.
• Commercial janitorial/facilities services experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple shifts.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline staff.
• Manage schedules, staffing levels, and attendance.
• Maintain presence across shifts and provide hands-on support.
• Monitor quality and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure documentation and reporting are completed on time.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and training with Corporate.
