United Contractor Services is seeking a Commercial Interiors Estimator to price drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceilings for commercial projects. You’ll own estimates from takeoff through bid day and handoff to operations, working with GCs and vendors to ensure accuracy.
Expect to perform detailed takeoffs, build pricing from current costs, and write clear proposals. This role offers growth toward senior estimating and preconstruction leadership within a national-scale organization.
If you've spent your career counting studs, board, and grid on commercial jobs and you know what a wall type really costs to build, we want to talk to you. United Contractor Services is looking for an Estimator to price commercial interior packages, from first takeoff through bid day and handoff to operations.
NOTE: We are not looking for Estimation service providers.
You’ll own estimates for metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling scopes on commercial projects across our markets. Some of that work is quantitative and some is about people:
UCS is ranked among the Top 50 Walls and Ceilings contractors in North America, and we manage commercial interior work nationwide from offices in multiple markets. Our scope covers metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, EIFS, stucco, painting, and Division 8 and 10 specialties. We combine the resources of a national company with the relationships of a local partner. We take pride in the projects we deliver and in the long-term relationships we build with our general contractor partners.
