What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and lead consultant
  3. Collaborate with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients
  4. Maintain a follow-up system to ensure timely receipt of policies and endorsements
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers through regular communication

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Must possess a Property & Casualty Broker's License
  2. BA/BS preferred
  3. More than 5 years of industry and product line experience
  4. Strong written communication skills and the ability to interpret financial reports
  5. Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. CIC, CPCU, or other P&C designations preferred
  2. Experience managing multi-line accounts with complex coverages
