What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers
  2. Collaborate with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients
  3. Ensure accurate information management to avoid E&O claims
  4. Maintain a follow-up system to ensure compliance with policy requests and endorsements
  5. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and carriers through regular communication and visits

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 5 years of industry and product line experience
  2. P&C Insurance License required
  3. BA/BS preferred
  4. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  5. Proven leadership abilities and strong decision-making capabilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. CIC, CPCU, or other P&C designations
  2. Experience in a similar role within the insurance industry
  3. Ability to analyze and reconcile financial reports
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Experience in client relationship management
