Job summary

MGT Insurance seeks an Insurance Product Manager for Commercial Lines to lead product analytics and shape underwriting strategy. You’ll translate market insights into actionable product decisions, working with underwriting, engineering, and leadership to drive roadmap and coverage features.

You’ll monitor performance, surface risks, and ensure changes are compliant and delivered on time. A working knowledge of commercial P&C regulations is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance or closely related product or analytics roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into product decisions that drive business outcomes.
• Clear and effective communication, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Interest in modernizing the small business insurance experience for brokers and their clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product analytics function for our commercial lines business.
• Translate competitor research and field feedback into actionable product decisions.
• Collaborate with underwriting, engineering, and leadership to align on product direction.
• Define requirements and help drive roadmap prioritization in a fast-moving environment.
