The ideal candidate has deep expertise in commercial insurance, strong market understanding, and a track record of growing profitable books in competitive markets. This role reports to executive leadership and is based in-office in Dallas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in commercial insurance.
• Active General Lines P&C license is required.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and manage commercial accounts.
• Experience creating and presenting sales analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and revenue-generation for large commercial accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive profitable growth.
• Analyze market trends, carrier relationships, and product offerings.
• Partner with marketing to improve qualified lead generation for commercial insurance.
• Establish, track, and optimize sales KPIs; coach team performance.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L accountability for the division.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on expansion and efficiency strategies.
• Recruit and mentor top commercial insurance sales talent.
