Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Texas Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Strong written, verbal and people skills.
• Learn company software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs such as new policies, edits, payments, renewals and inquiries.
• Inspect vehicles to determine insurance risk suitability.
• Develop clientele through networking and marketing; collaborate with office manager on strategies.
• Handle policy renewals, outreach to underwriting to complete policies.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.
