Job summary

RBN Insurance Services is seeking a Client Service Representative to provide key day-to-day support across Account Service, Billing, and Account Documentation. You will respond to client inquiries with prompt, friendly service and help issue certificates of insurance.

The role requires strong communication, accuracy in policy documents, and fluency with MS Office. The position operates on a hybrid schedule with some in-office and remote work and offers a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and prioritize responsiveness.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Applied Epic and CSR24 software is preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance carrier service portals is preferred (Hartford, Travelers, CNA, Chubb, Liberty Mutual, Acuity).

About the Role:

Salary commensurate with experience. Target salary range $63k-$70k.

RBN currently operates on a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office (generally Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and up to 2 days from home each week.
