About the Role

The Commercial Insurance Client Executive is a newly created and senior position within a startup brokerage funded by a private equity firm with interests in the construction industry. The company has diversified into insurance, and your goal is to grow the agency’s revenue by leveraging the company's network within construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage warm leads from the parent company to acquire new clients; cold calling is not required.
• Lead marketing efforts, collaborate with underwriters on program design, and negotiate terms.
• Help shape the agency’s service processes and internal operations.
• Lead RFP processes, present to clients, onboard new accounts, monitor service delivery, and develop renewal strategies.

Qualifications

• At least five years as a Commercial Lines Account Executive, especially with construction accounts.
• Proven success in C-suite relationship building, including negotiations and risk management discussions.
• Insurance P&C License required.

Job Details

100% remote position with travel expected within the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT).
