About the Role

The Commercial Insurance Client Executive is a newly created and senior position within a startup brokerage funded by a private equity firm with interests in the construction industry. The company has diversified into insurance, and your goal is to grow the agency’s revenue by leveraging the company's network within construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage warm leads from the parent company to onboard new clients without cold calling or prospecting.
• Lead marketing efforts, collaborate with underwriters to develop programs, and negotiate terms.
• Help shape the agency’s service processes and internal operations due to its startup nature.
• Lead RFP processes, deliver client presentations, onboard accounts, oversee service delivery, and develop renewal strategies.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years as a Commercial Lines Account Executive with experience in construction accounts.
• Proven success in building relationships with C-suite clients, discussing program design, coverage, pricing, and risk management.
• Insurance P&C License is required.

Job Details

100% remote position with travel expected within the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT) for meetings with colleagues and executives.
