About the Role
Your responsibilities will include generating leads through professional relationships, cold calling, community involvement, existing clients, and referrals. You will develop relationships with individuals responsible for insurance and risk management decisions, maintain a strong new business pipeline, and pursue cross-selling opportunities. Participation in civic and professional associations, understanding our value proposition, developing targeted coverage programs, and providing proactive risk management advice are essential. You will also maintain high-quality contact with clients and prospects, advocate for claims, and contribute to team performance and career development.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or 2-5+ years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record in developing pipelines, cross-selling, and executing sales strategies. Reputation as a client-centric sales professional and technical knowledge of insurance and risk management products are preferred.
