About the Company

We are seeking an energetic, driven, and disciplined individual to join our P&C sales team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. You will develop, manage, and expand relationships with current clients and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, be self-motivated, and highly competitive.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include generating leads through professional relationships, cold calling, community involvement, existing clients, and referrals. You will develop relationships with individuals responsible for insurance and risk management decisions, maintain a strong new business pipeline, and pursue cross-selling opportunities. Participation in civic and professional associations, understanding our value proposition, developing targeted coverage programs, and providing proactive risk management advice are essential. You will also maintain high-quality contact with clients and prospects, advocate for claims, and contribute to team performance and career development.
