The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines CSR to support Account Managers, handle service tasks, renewals, and client quotes. This role is essential to maintain smooth operations in a growing commercial lines book.

You will work with contractors and small to middle‑market accounts, providing service to clients and expanding knowledge in marketing simple accounts, using AMS360 daily to manage tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in a commercial lines CSR or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Process certificates, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Assist with renewals and obtain client quotes.
• Provide basic service support to clients.
• Support 3–4 Account Managers on owner’s book with accounts from $5,000 to $500,000.
• Learn and assist in marketing simple accounts.

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This position has opened due to departmental restructuring and offers an exciting opportunity to work with contractors and small to middle-market accounts. The ideal candidate will support Account Managers by handling service-related tasks, assisting with renewals, and learning to market simple accounts. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the commercial lines department.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $68,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Process certificates, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Assist with renewals and obtain quotes for clients.
• Provide basic service-related support to clients.
• Support 3-4 Account Managers on the owner’s book of business, which includes accounts ranging from $5,000 to $500,000.
• Learn and assist in marketing simple accounts.
• Utilize AMS360 software for daily tasks and account management.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is a must.
