What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform complex analysis of data for assigned client groups and collaborate with various departments
- Develop recommendations for procedure development and analysis to secure desired solutions
- Prepare findings and recommendations for clients and co-present to senior management
- Review work of less seasoned staff for accuracy and appropriateness
- Coach and mentor co-workers on processes for reporting information to clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of directly related experience in a relevant field
- Superior research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and mentor colleagues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of insurance, accounting, and rate-making concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic, and various analysis techniques
- Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
- Active participation in company culture initiatives and employee resource groups
- Willingness to travel as needed for team meetings and other in-person interactions
