AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a licensed insurance professional for an Arizona-based remote role with occasional in-person meetings. This position requires Commercial Insurance experience and a valid Arizona Property and Casualty license, plus a High School Diploma or GED.

You will quote and write auto, homeowners, life, health, P&C and workers’ compensation lines, and drive sales in the AZ market. You will prospect within the community, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in a fast-paced, multi-task environment selling P&C lines.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Commercial Insurance experience required.
• Valid Arizona Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Valid Arizona driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Quote and write personal and commercial lines insurance including auto, homeowner, life, health, business owners and workers’ compensation.
• Prospect within the community to develop new insurance business and create brand presence.
• Prospect from various resources.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by management.

Candidates must live in AZ and have prior Commercial Insurance experience. This is a remote role with occasional required in person/in office meetings.

Essential Functions

• Responsible to quote and write personal and commercial lines insurance including, auto, homeowner, life, health, business owners and worker’s compensation.
• Prospect within the community to develop new insurance business and create brand presence.

• Required to meeting or exceed sales goals set by management
• Provide customer service to insurance clients.
• Employees are required to support the lead generation initiative by providing qualified leads to other business lines of AAA Arizona that include Travel, Insurance, Automotive and Financial.
• Maintain records, logs and files according to department and club guidelines.
• Demonstrate thorough and competent skills in both industry and Club computerized systems.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certifications

• Valid Arizona driver's license
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Arizona Property and Casualty Insurance License required
• 6+ months experience in a fast paced, multi-task work environment selling P&C lines of business required
• 1-3 years related experience
• Commercial Insurance experience required

Starting annual salary 33,602.00 - $42,002.00 based on experience (plus bonus/commission) - Salary with ability to earn commission
