Job Summary

The Account Manager works with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to service client accounts, manage renewals and marketing processes, and prepare presentation materials. The role involves significant client interaction and independent discretion, with opportunities to develop relationships with clients and carriers, supporting the team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts, participate in meetings.
• Prepare and send RFPs to insurance carriers, document results, and draft renewal presentations.
• Review proposals and source documents for accuracy, communicate with clients and carriers with approval.
• Maintain client files and policy records in the agency management system.
• Address billing questions, collaborating with the Accounting Department as needed.

Education and Experience

• Associates degree required; BA/BS preferred.
• Over 3 years of client service and/or industry experience.

Licenses

• P&C Insurance License required.
