You will handle client service, policy administration, renewals, and billing, while collaborating with underwriters and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely service.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of commercial insurance experience and an active P&C license.
• Active P&C license required for current and future opportunities within Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive client service and support to clients and internal teams.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related policy documents.
• Assist or lead new and renewal business processes and gather underwriting information.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems and monitor activities to ensure timely task completion.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections while minimizing errors/omissions exposure.
