About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager for a 100% remote position. This role is with a well-established, growing agency based in North Carolina. You will support the sales team in managing and expanding a book of business through account retention, account rounding, and new business development. Key details include:

  1. Systems: Experience with Applied Epic is required.
  2. Responsibilities: Provide daily client service for a diverse portfolio of small business and middle market commercial property and casualty accounts, with premiums up to approximately $500k. The role has a strong focus on construction-related accounts, involving activities such as contract review, OCIP pre-qualification, and certificate review/issuance.
  3. Experience: At least five (5) years of commercial property and casualty experience in an account manager role.
  4. License: Active state insurance license is mandatory.
