About the Role

100% remote, work-from-home Commercial Insurance Account Manager position available for qualified applicants residing in the Eastern Standard Time and Central Standard Time zones.

We are an Enterprise Risk Management firm based in the Southeast, specializing in insurance analysis, risk control, and program management for energy-related companies. Unlike traditional insurance brokers, our internal service processes resemble those of a retail agency.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support: Organize, plan, and execute daily tasks related to marketing, client service, and renewal preparation. This includes reviewing contracts or policies, gathering information for applications, claims reports, or billing inquiries.
2. Team Support: Assist senior consultants who travel extensively by managing the office’s ‘to do’ list, freeing their time for business development. Support the administrative team to improve workflows and service process efficiencies.
