About the Role

100% remote, work-from-home Commercial Insurance Account Manager position open for qualified applicants residing in the Eastern Standard Time and Central Standard Time zones.

An Enterprise Risk Management firm in the Southeast provides insurance analysis, risk control, and program management to energy-related companies. Although not an insurance broker, the company's internal service processes are similar to those of a retail agency.

Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support: Organize, plan, and execute daily tasks related to marketing, client service, and renewal preparation. Tasks include reviewing contracts or policies and gathering information for applications, claims reports, or billing inquiries.
  2. Team Support: Support senior consultants who travel extensively by managing the office’s ‘to do’ list, freeing their time for business development. Assist the administrative team in improving workflows and efficiencies in the service process.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum three (3) years of commercial insurance client service experience with a retail insurance agency.
  • Broad coverage background including GL, property, auto, and workers' compensation.
