  • Manage commercial client accounts, contribute to new business growth, and re-market policies
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Respond efficiently to inquiries about coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing
  • Familiarize with products, services, and systems
  • Promote new business, cross-sell, and support agency initiatives
Requirements:
  • Property and Casualty insurance license required
  • Experience with Commercial Lines Insurance
  • Experience working with multiple carriers
  • Pass background check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet browsing, typing 45+ WPM
  • Self-starter who works well independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience with EPIC management system
