HUB International in Annapolis, MD is seeking an Account Manager for our Commercial Lines team. This role services middle market accounts, collaborates with the designated Producer, and focuses on development of new business in line with HUB policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include reviewing accounts for coverage, needs analysis, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will stay current with industry changes, coordinate with carriers, and assist with proposals and submissions.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of commercial lines insurance experience.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial lines coverages and markets.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Mastery of agency management systems and MS Office.
• Property and Casualty Insurance license.

Aufgaben

• Review and analyze commercial accounts for coverage and limits.
• Acquire understanding of clients’ objectives and compare plans.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to meet service needs.
• Stay abreast of changes in the insurance industry.
• Act as liaison between clients and carriers to resolve issues.
• Prepare client proposals and applications for submission.
• Document conversations and maintain data in agency systems.
• May handle premium collections.
