Ryan Specialty seeks an experienced account servicing professional to support a commercial casualty book in Philadelphia, focusing on renewals and submissions. You will collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and clients to deliver coverage solutions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in commercial insurance within retail or wholesale settings, with knowledge of casualty coverages and a valid license preferred. Hybrid in-office/remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience within a retail agency, wholesale brokerage, MGA/MGU, or carrier.
• Knowledge of commercial casualty coverages, including General Liability, Umbrella, and Excess Liability.
• Active Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the renewal process for a commercial casualty book focused on construction and real estate risks.
• Prepare and market new and renewal submissions to carrier and wholesale partners.
• Review quotes, binders, policies, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with brokers, underwriters, clients, and internal teams throughout placement and servicing.
• Support coverage analysis, renewal strategy development, and account retention efforts.
• Maintain accurate policy and client information within agency management systems.
• Assist with endorsements, certificates, invoicing issues, audits, and cancellation management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carrier and internal stakeholders.
