Job summary

CPI Security in Charleston, SC is looking for a Commercial Security Installation Technician to install our full suite of smart security solutions for commercial customers. You will ensure customer satisfaction while protecting assets, employees, and visitors.

The role offers strong earnings through uncapped commissions (about $70,000–$80,000 annually) plus comprehensive benefits, company-provided equipment, and ongoing training. Weekend availability and a professional appearance are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics, electrical, HVAC, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong sales skills, with an emphasis on upselling and closing techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to safety.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and flexibility to work weekends.
