Job summary

Simplot is seeking a Commercial Reporting and Analytics Analyst in Boise, ID. You will partner with global stakeholders to deliver insights, collect and analyze data, and create standardized and bespoke reporting to support business objectives.

You will conduct quantitative product and sales analyses, support internal/external customers, and derive market insights from external datasets while ensuring data integrity and future needs are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years postgrad experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of information systems.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with initiative and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to develop systematic, strategic reporting tools.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting for global stakeholders (sales, marketing, pricing, planning).
• Create detailed reporting on pricing behaviors and strategies.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance data structures and conduct UAT.
• Train sales teams on existing and new reports in the suite.
• Validate mappings and data volumes from external providers monthly.
