Job summary

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator in Wooster, OH to prepare estimates for commercial and industrial facilities.

The ideal candidate will have construction estimating or project management experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with estimating software.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry including estimating or project management.
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing and estimating software, preferably Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for commercial and industrial buildings, including quantities, material costs, man-hours and equipment needs.
• Requisition shop drawings/submittals through the purchase ordering process.
• Serve as administrative contact with project Owners/representatives.
• Monitor contractual issues, change orders, billings, and payments to ensure timely receipts.
• Purchase materials, supplies and subcontractors for estimated projects.
