Candidates should hold a Kentucky HVAC Journeyman License, EPA certification, and at least 3 years of commercial HVAC experience, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete HVAC repairs, maintenance, and related service calls for commercial customers.
• Discuss and assist with repair and replacement options; sell and close as needed.
• Mentor apprentices and support team development.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of invoices, timecards, and service documentation.
