Qualifications

• Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing and starting up HVAC systems in commercial environments.
• Primary service and maintenance contact for a defined market with diverse commercial clients.
• Knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts.
• End-to-end testing, programming downloads, startup, commissioning and servicing on projects.
• Represents the company as the direct customer contact, ensuring satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment.
• Coordinates with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements and forecast issues.
• Uses software and blueprints/engineering specs to diagnose and repair units.
• Enforces safety to high standards and manages company assets.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends; occasional overnight stays.
• Occasionally lift/move >40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Commission HVAC systems in a commercial environment and handle troubleshooting, repair, and startup.
• Be the primary service contact for a defined market with diverse customers.

• Perform end-to-end testing, programming download, startup, commissioning and servicing on projects.
• Represent the company with direct customer contact, ensuring satisfaction through diagnosis and repair of equipment.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to ensure clear requirements and plan on-site work.
• Utilize cutting edge software and blueprints/engineering specs to diagnose and repair units.
• Maintain safety standards and accountability for company assets.
• Demonstrate teamwork and flexibility for overtime/weekends.
• Lift/move up to 40 lbs as required.
