Greater Comfort Mechanical in Newport, KY is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team serving Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati, and the surrounding area.

We offer a $2,500 signing bonus, 100% company-paid health insurance, and a comprehensive benefits package. The role is full-time with standard hours 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• Kentucky Journeyman License or ability to obtain one.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Complete service documentation and work orders.
• Deliver quality workmanship and professional customer service.
• Follow company safety standards and procedures.
