Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and components.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently as issues arise.
• Service rooftop units, chillers and cooling towers.
• Assist with hot water/steam boiler operations and controls.
• Support building automation and air handling equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance during work.
