Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a commercial HVAC Technician in Boise, ID to perform preventative maintenance, repairs and calibrations on rooftop HVAC units. The role emphasizes safety, independent work, and teamwork across a field-service team.

You’ll diagnose electrical/mechanical issues, document work, and occasionally travel for weekend or night shifts with overtime potential. EPA certification is required; NATE a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• EPA Certification- Type I & Type II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Technical aptitude for maintenance, service and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service and strong diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems; refer complex issues to senior technicians.
• Use experience to determine service requirements and advise preventive actions.
• Work in a team-based environment to share workload and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate safely and follow all safety measures daily.
• Complete repairs and required paperwork; self-schedule as needed.
• Possibly travel for weekend and night work; overtime may be required.
